Energy Boot Camp is designed to give you a progressively intense exercise experience
that will help you to reach your fat loss and fitness goals.
The program is not only designed to put you back in you skinny clothes
but to increase your overall strength and performance throughout your day.
This program is for women of all fitness/age levels.
What is Energy Boot Camp?
It's an outdoor program of fitness instruction consisting of 4, 8, 24 sessions which
Includes nutritional coaching and motivational training provided by Mike Worden of
Optimum Performance Fitness.
Where is it?
Our outdoor Boot Camp sessions take place at various park like settings

When does it take place?
We offer flexible times during the day to fit your work/family schedule.:
What if I'm not very physically fit?
Our programs are for all levels of fitness. No one is left out or asked to perform more than they are capable of doing safely.
Also no one will go home unchallenged. Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate.
Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others participating in Boot Camp.
What types of exercises are included in Boot Camp?
The exercies included in our programs consist of; core conditioning, functional training, short distance jogging, muscular strength,
skipping, circuit training, obstacle courses, buddy training, mat exercises and more....

What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, water bottle, running shoes, and your ambition.

Mike Worden is a certified Personal Trainer who is passionate
about your physical health and fitness. He is here to encourage and motivate you
to reach your personal goals. Through small group settings. The small group
setting will provide you with personal attention so you will reach your personal
goals faster than any other way.
The Journey of a Boot camper is programed threw 8 weeks of total body
conditioning, detailed info on nutrition, snack and meal recipes. As the weeks
progress the Boot Camps will intensify to generate the changes you desires.
