Energy Boot Camp is designed to give you a progressively intense exercise experience
that will help you to reach your fat loss and fitness goals.
The program is not only designed to put you back in you skinny clothes
but to increase your overall strength and performance throughout your day.
This program is for women of all fitness levels.
What is Energy Boot Camp?
A 6 week 18 session outdoor program of fitness instruction,
nutritional coaching & motivational training provided Mike Worden of
Optimum Performance Fitness.
Where is it?
Outdoor Boot Camp sessions take place at various park settings throughout

When does it take place?
You have your choice of different times of the day:
What if I'm not very physically fit?
No one is left out or asked to perform more than they are capable of doing safely.
Also no one will go home unchallenged. Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate.
Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others participating in Boot Camp.
What types of exercises are included in Boot Camp?
Exercises include: core conditioning, functional training, short distance jogging, muscular strength,
skipping, circuit training, obstacle courses, buddy training, mat exercises and more

What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, water bottle, running shoes, and your ambition.
Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being.

What is the cost?
Each 6 week Boot Camp has a registration of $265 for 18 hours of instruction.

Mike Worden is a certified Personal Trainer who is passionate
about health and fitness. He is here to encourage and motivate you
in a supportive small group setting. The small group setting will provide
you with personal attention so you will accelerate towards your personal goals.
Boot campers will go through:
6 Weeks of Total Body Conditioning,
Nutrition info, snack and meal recipes.
Each week the Boot Camps become more
progressive to help generate the changes you desire.
