What kinds of people go to Boot Camp?
Our Boot camps are meant to accommodate people just like you. Whether your a regular exerciser or someone striving to become a regular exerciser, you'll enjoy our Boot camps. You will need to have the basic ability to perform exercise. Both novice and regular exercisers will find Energy Boot Camp to be a challenging and fun workout experience.
Will I be sore?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate.
It's part of the process that lets you improve.
How many people are in each camp?
The classes are designed to accommodate between 12-20 people.
Do you have a refund policy?
If after your first 3 days you decide Boot Camp is not going to work for you.
You may request a full refund.
We don't offer refunds if you miss time due to business travel, vacation, or illness, we will be happy to credit that time toward your next Boot Camp session. However, we must be informed of your circumstances at registration or four weeks prior to absence. There is no monetary refund and this is non-negotiable.
Individual Boot Camps work on a set schedule.
How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as two weeks. "Visual Improvement" can take from four to six weeks depending on your effort level. Remember, everyone is different.
Do we still work out when it's raining?
Rain or shine, we are working out! This is Boot Camp, where a little rain never hurt anyone.
What happens after my package is done?
Our Boot Camps run year round.
Where do the Boot Camps take place?
Each camp in setup inside /outside, the studio in southwest London. In the winter the classes will move indoors.

Do I need to bring anything?
Athletic apparel. For colder occasions additonal layers that can be stripped off is encouraged.
A bottle of water
A small towel (to wipe the sweat)
An exercise mat. (a dense rubberized foam s recommended).
