What's a Trail Run?
Imagine having just completed a great workout, then lying back on cool soft grass and looking up into the rustling leaves of mature trees and enjoying the blue skies of summer.

This could be your reward for completing a trail run.

Have you ever watched the last 10 pounds Bootcamp on TV? Similar to the show, you will test your cardio abilities by running up and down a scenic trail. Along the way you will be incorporating strength and core exercises using bands and logs.

Don't miss an opportunity to mix up your exercise regime. Enjoy a great workout and a final stretch to a stunning view.

Trail runs are directed to well conditioned Boot Camp enthusiasts, seeking to add a greater challenge to their current workout regime.

These are small runs of less than 3 km over uneven dirt trails and hilly terrain.  Interspersed with various resistance based exercises.
